TUC is working with local residents and regional event partners to deliver a storytelling and cultural food experience that will:

• celebrate the rich cultural diversity of the MidCoast region through the lens of food and family traditions;

• create meaningful community connections that foster inclusion, respect and shared understanding;

• strengthen the visibility of multicultural voices and affirm the value of lived experience as a form of local knowledge and learning.

The recipes shared at Tastes & Tales aren’t just delicious—they’re windows into family traditions, personal journeys, and cultural heritage.
