LJ HOOKER ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A HARDWORKING AND ORGANISED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OURTEAM AS OUR NEW COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT.

THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS LOOKING TO START THEIR JOURNEY IN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT, OR AN ADMINISTRATION SUPERSTAR WHO IS READY TO LEVEL UP THEIR CAREER.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration tasks sush as implementing rent increases and lease renewals

  • Supporting ingoing and outgoing tenancies

  • Manage enquiries and maintenance requests

  • High quality customer service

  • Arrears and compliance

  • Support the commercial team

  • Day-to-day administrative tasks

What we would love from you:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when dealing with numerical data

  • Ability to work independently

  • Great time management and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and comfortable with learning new software. Any experience with property tree is highly regarded

  • A NSW certificate of registration (Real Estate) or you are open to obtaining a certificate as soon as practiable

  • Current studies in Law, Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field, or demonstrated work experience in administrative support
